Welcome to Saaitec Digital LLC (“Saaitec,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using any of our services, including but not limited to website development, mobile applications, branding, digital content creation, SEO, SMM, and online marketing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Saaitec’s services or website, you confirm that you are bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable supplemental agreements. Your continued use implies your consent to abide by all applicable conditions.

2. Service Overview

Saaitec provides a wide range of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Web development and design
  • Mobile app development
  • Logo and branding design
  • Content writing and publishing (eBooks included)
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Social media management (SMM)
  • Integrated digital marketing solutions All services are customized per client contract and scoped deliverables.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

All digital assets and content created by Saaitec, including but not limited to code, visuals, designs, documents, and graphics, remain the property of Saaitec Digital LLC unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

4. Digital Communication

By interacting with our digital channels or communicating with our team, you consent to receive notifications and official communications electronically. These communications are considered legally binding.

5. Confidentiality Assurance

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and project-related information unless written permission is granted by the client for public portfolio display.

6. Client Feedback & Submissions

Any testimonials, reviews, or feedback submitted by users may be used in promotional materials at our discretion. No compensation will be provided for such usage.

7. Project Fulfillment Process

7.1 Project Initiation

Work commences within 1–2 business days upon full payment and receipt of all necessary materials.

7.2 Estimated Delivery

  • Logos: 2–4 business days
  • Websites: 15–25 business days
  • Mobile Apps: Initial drafts within 3–5 business days (full timeline varies)
  • eBooks: Outline within 3–5 days; full drafts follow milestone schedules
  • Publishing: Layout and upload within 5–7 business days post-approval
  • Marketing Campaigns: 5–10 business days depending on platforms
  • SEO/SMM Strategy: Within 5 business days

Saaitec is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete inputs or delayed client approvals.

7.3 Delivery Method

All digital goods are delivered via:

  • Email
  • Downloadable links
  • Project portals or client dashboards

7.4 Client Cooperation

Clients are required to:

  • Provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals promptly
  • Avoid hiring other parties on the same project without notifying us

7.5 Expedited Services

Urgent or rush requests may be accommodated based on team availability and will incur additional fees.

7.6 Service Unavailability

If a service cannot be fulfilled due to internal limitations, the client may request a refund or service credit as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7.7 Ongoing Plans

Retainer-based services such as SEO, SMM, or marketing are fulfilled per monthly cycles. Cancellation requires prior written notice based on the original agreement.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • When the client has approved any deliverable
  • After any revisions have been requested
  • If the client is inactive for 14+ calendar days
  • When external factors impact delivery (e.g., publishing delays)

We offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee (33% deduction for admin costs) only if all initial work is rejected without requesting revisions. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@saaitecdigital.com within 10 business days of delivery.

9. Revisions

Revisions are allowed as per the package details. Extra changes outside the defined scope will be billed accordingly.

10. Completion & Delivery

Projects are considered delivered once files are sent via email, dashboard, or link. Timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness.

11. File Retention

We retain finalized files for 6 months. Retrievals after this period may incur additional fees.

13. Limitation of Liability

Saaitec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost data, delayed projects, or client business interruptions.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, technical outages, or acts of government.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be handled through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, with remote hearings allowed.

16. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed under U.S. law. All legal matters will be handled in accordance with relevant federal or state jurisdictions based on the nature of digital services.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes your agreement to the latest version.

18. Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent use of payment methods will result in immediate service termination and legal action.
