These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all services provided by SaaitecDigital, including web development, mobile app development, logo design, eBook writing, publishing, marketing, SEO, SMM, and all forms of digital marketing. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with SaaitecDigital, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any future modifications thereof. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.


2. SMS & Email Communications Consent

You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from SaaitecDigital. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@saaitecdigital.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.


3. Scope of Services

SaaitecDigital provides digital solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Mobile application development

  • Branding and logo creation

  • eBook content writing, editing, publishing, and marketing

  • SEO, SMM, and integrated digital marketing strategies

All services are subject to project-specific contracts and deliverables outlined in the client’s service agreement.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website and all deliverables provided by SaaitecDigital (including source code, designs, written material, digital graphics, trademarks, and associated assets) are the exclusive property of SaaitecDigital or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content without prior written consent.


5. Electronic Communications

By visiting SaaitecDigital’s website or communicating via email, users consent to receive communications electronically. All legal communications delivered electronically fulfill the same legal requirements as written correspondence.


6. Confidentiality

SaaitecDigital agrees to treat all client data, proprietary information, and creative briefs as confidential unless the client grants explicit permission for public disclosure (e.g., portfolio use).


7. Client Testimonials & Submissions

Any feedback, testimonials, or comments submitted by users may be used by SaaitecDigital for marketing purposes without compensation. The company holds full rights to reproduce, display, or distribute user-submitted content for promotional purposes.


8. Fulfillment Policy

SaaitecDigital is committed to delivering services in a timely and professional manner.

8.1 Order Processing

Projects are initiated within 1–2 business days of full payment and receipt of all required inputs.

8.2 Delivery Timelines

Timeframes vary by service:

  • Logo Design: 2–4 business days

  • Web Design: 15–25 business days

  • App Development: Initial outline within 3–5 business days; the rest depends on project scope

  • eBook Writing: Initial outline within 3–5 business days; full manuscript based on milestone agreement

  • eBook Publishing: Formatting, layout, and upload completed within 5–7 business days after manuscript approval

  • eBook Marketing Campaigns: Strategy and rollout within 5–10 business days

  • SEO/SMM Strategy: 5 business days

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: As per the defined project scope

Delays caused by missing inputs, late approvals, or client-side inaction are not the responsibility of SaaitecDigital.

8.3 Mode of Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally via:

  • Secure download links

  • Email attachments

  • Client dashboards or portals

No physical products are shipped unless expressly agreed in writing.

8.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide timely and accurate information

  • Respond to feedback or revision requests promptly

  • Avoid engaging external service providers on the same project without prior written notice

8.5 Urgent or Custom Delivery

Requests for expedited services must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

8.6 Non-Delivery

If SaaitecDigital cannot fulfill a service due to internal limitations, the client may receive a refund or credit per Section 9.

We are not liable for:

  • Incomplete client inputs

  • Late client responses

  • Third-party platform issues

  • Force majeure events

8.7 Ongoing Services

Monthly and retainer-based services (e.g., SEO, SMM) are delivered per contract. Cancellations require written notice.


9. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Primary concept is approved

  • Revisions are requested

  • Client is unresponsive for 14+ days

  • Cancellation is outside our control

  • Third-party subcontracting occurs

  • Client changes scope without valid reason

  • The service is inherently non-refundable

Money-Back Guarantee:
If initial concepts are rejected with no revision requests, only 33% will be retained for operational costs.

To initiate a refund, email info@saaitecdigital.com within 10 business days of project delivery.

All rights to deliverables revert to SaaitecDigital upon refund.


10. Revision Policy

Clients get a defined number of revisions based on their selected package. Revisions beyond that or post-final approval are billable.


11. Delivery of Services

Services are considered delivered when sent via email or client portal. Delays due to client inaction are not our responsibility.


12. Record Retention

SaaitecDigital stores final deliverables for 6 months after project completion. Retrievals after that may incur fees.


13. Communication Policy

Official communication channels:

SaaitecDigital is not responsible for messages outside official platforms.


14. Limitation of Liability

SaaitecDigital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or project delays.


15. Force Majeure

SaaitecDigital is not liable for service disruption due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, strikes).


16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, binding arbitration via the AAA will follow — potentially online.


17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by U.S. law. Any legal matters fall under relevant U.S. jurisdiction for digital services.


18. Modification and Severability

SaaitecDigital may update these terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance. If one clause is invalid, others remain in force.

Use of stolen payment methods will lead to immediate termination and legal reporting.
